◦ Laboratory Data Assistant - Department of Pharamaceutical Chemistry & Department of Food Science
▪️Conducted statistical preprocessing of samples for public radiation and heavy metal testing with Excel.
▪️Performed basic statistical analysis on food waste and spoilage data collected from middle and high school meal ingredient samples for local radiation screening.
▪️Assisted research scientists in inspection procedures and contributed to laboratory efficiency by managing data traceability through the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). 

PROJECT
DeeZee Truck Manufacturer, United States, IA (Oct 2024 ~ Dec 2024) 
◦ Data Analysis position for Quality Control
▪️Collaborated with DeeZee's quality engineers to analyze large datasets for quality stability using Excel for data preprocessing, MATLAB for in-depth analysis, and R programming for Cpk, Ppk graphs, histogram, and control charts for visualization.
▪️Analyzed process capability (Cpk, Ppk) for two running board parts using 22 measurements each, and leveraging a dataset of 4,089 parts spanning from January 2020 to October 2024. Data included incorrect values, duplicates, and gaps due to Covid-19 disruptions.
▪️Supported quality improvement for Ford and DeeZee by visualizing data trends and identifying areas for further improvement.
▪️Conducted a Gage R&R study on DeeZee's laser measuring system to identify inconsistencies affecting measurement stability. Assessed the impact of diagonal, horizontal, and vertical measurement variations on meeting Ford's Ppk specification of 1.33.
▪️Contributed to solutions (tool recalibration, operator training, and GO/NO-GO implementation) for process reliability.
